I don't have double standards.  Well, I'd like to think I don't but
there are probably times that I do.  :-)

In this situation, had Henrik posted the URL here then I would have
replied saying that the ROM code was being illegally distributed.

As I don't have a machine that can run Bernie to the Rescue, I have
had no need to visit his web pages to see that he had a link to the
ROM images.  Even if I had seen that page, my complaint to him about
having that link would have been in e-mail and not here so no one here
would even have known that I had pointed out the illegality of the ROM
code distribution to him.

As to proof of reclassification, there is none.  Henrik simply said
that he talked to a couple people at Apple and they said they didn't
mind distribution of the ROMs.  This is not official permission to
distribute Apple's ROM code.  Had Henrik gotten official permission,
I'm sure he would have the ROM images on his site or included with
Bernie to the Rescue.

I believe Henrik when he says those people don't mind but until they
officially allow it, it is still illegal to distribute Apple's
copyrighted software.

This means that I will still point out the illegal activities of sites
that distribute those ROM images.  This doesn't include Henrik's site
because he isn't distributing the ROM image, he is simply pointing to
a ROM image.  However, I'm hoping he will read this post and get the
message that I'm rather disappointed that there is a link to the
images from his site.
