     Tea and biscuits sounds good; but, there's that darn big pond in the
way.

     If you have trouble finding a local Apple II to photograph, a good
alternative could be finding pics on one of the historical archive or "Apple
II Museum" web sites. Some of these sites do their own pics. The owner of the
web site might agree to allow use of his/her material in return for a mention
in the book.

     Another pic source would be Apple II For Sale ads on ebay.com. Again,
some of these are original pictures which the seller might let you use in a
book.
