Jeff, if you want to keep accusing us of "bogus arguments"
why not stop the one you keep trying to hold up as legal
that i's ok to upload until the copyright holder
complains?  This is a figment of your rationalization
my friend, and not law at all.  The law is really
quite clear on this - unless you get direct permission
to upload a program, then you are in violation of
copyright law.  Real simple.  Trouble is, this reality
gets in the way of what you want to do.  Hell, even
Tom's making an attempt (so we're told :) ) of getting
a copyright holder's permission FIRST prior  to
uploading something.  I know it's a radical idea
for you, but you might want to give it a try.  :)
