Modem MGR can run the Promethus modem card you have.
Look for the package (7 disks total I believe) on
both Ground and on the Trenco ftp site.

(Modem MGR was an interesting program--one of it's
claims to fame was that ti would work with virtually
all Apple II hardware, cards and most if not all
modems (well, not WinModems  :) ).  I was impressed
with it when it 1st came out.)
