I'd like to point out that "software and More" gives you less than you
bargain for.
I recently bought a "NEW Shrinkrapped Ultima" game from them.
I got the box, which is horribly smashed and torn. It has obviously
been re-shrinkwrapped. The disk was inside. It looks like it got
rained on. No instructions, no map, no 'toy'. Not a NEW shrinkwrapped
ultima. It isn't even complete.
I complained and they got VERY defensive and worried that I'd tell
other people about their horrible service.
I've made several long distance telephone calls to try to clear this
up. At first I was able to speak with the owners, but now I get hung
up on every time I call.
I think it's time to call the local authorities in Citrus Heights.
Be cautious.
