odd cards

I found some cards in a IIe and IIgs. One that came out of the IIe says
ramfactor, and judging from how many memory chips are on it- it looks like it
has 1mb. The other from the IIgs has replaced the ram expansion card - it is
called an MD-Ideas Octoram and it has (8) 256k 30pin sims installed in it- 2
megs. It looks like you can put (8) 1mb simms in it to total 8megabytes. Also,
another card from the IIe says V-Tech and it looks like a floppy controller.
There are 2 20pin headers with cables on each of them with DB-19 connectors on
the end. One says DRV 1 and DRV 2. Is this some sort of high density floppy
card or what? Can anybody tell me anything about these?
