Did you go into the control panel, select Pointless. Select a bitmapped
font and select preferences. In preferences under bitmapped the default is
none. You need to select italic, bold or outline for the bitmapped fronts
to show on the menu. At the bottom check use bitmapped....
That should include the bitmapped on your font menu.
