Georgia-USA, it's sitting on a computer on the knology.net 
network.  Perhaps without their knowledge.  It is also 
registered with your buddies the "Blackbagettes" at 
www.blackbag.org.  Nice bunch of hackers that liked N64 
emulation and pirated ROMS.

I wonder if knology knows that blackbag.org has done that?  
Odd that asimov.net has to maintain their DNS... You would 
think knology could handle that themselves.

Law College and let some graduate student research it and
