Do not use SCSI ID#7 for a drive.  Use 0-6 for a drive, 7 for the SCSI
controller card.  Unless, of course, you are using a Ramfast controller
which doesn't use a SCSI ID for itself.  But, to provide consistency
across machines, please use only scsi ids 0-6.  (The highest SCSI ID is
for a boot drive, 1st partition.)  So, you probably want to use a SCSI ID
_lower_ than the id of the drive you boot from.
