Upon reading my post again I realise that it came out sounding a
little negative and perhaps even sounding a little accusing.  That is
not what I had intended.  Defining whether someone is an active
developer or not can be a little difficult and therefore I had some
problems with wording that paragraph.

I hope I didn't offend you or any of the other developers that were
listed before that paragraph.

I very much appreciate the Apple II development efforts of any and all
developers as they are the ones that continue to make using my Apple
II so interesting and fun.
