I believe so, but it's been a while since I tried plugging in the Zip.  I have
one IIe and one IIgs set up in the house at all times, but it's a small house. 
An iMac and a soon to arrive real Mac take up two spots the another pair of
Apple ][s use to occupy.  Because I use Tutor-Tech so much, I'd have to set up
another computer just for the Zip to use on DHR-Mouse programs.  Yes, I've
tried setting the mouse slot to normal and I've applied the 1.1 patch that is
suppose to let the mouse work normally with the ZipChip.  Guess I'll just have
to live around it.

BTW, I didn't notice much difference, other than the tone from the speaker
between the 3.6 TransWarp and the 8xZipChip.
