You may be right and the message only access is free. I have
spent a little time there, but too many other things occupy my
time and CSA2 takes up most of the time I can spare. As more II
users spend time here, it's enough for me. Maybe some day soon,
I'll get caught up with other projects (not all II related) and
can devote more attention to online stuff. Heck, I can't even
get the extra time to finish my Apex online documentation.

I really hope that some day ALL A2 users will forget past
problems and hatreds and rejoin together for a common cause.
Who knows, it could happen.
