You are plugging the drives into the GS in the correct way, right? #.5
first then the 5.25 into the back of the 3.5, not the other way
around? Do you have a copy of Copy II+ on 5.25? You could always boot
the 5.25 with Copy II+ then insert a disk into the 3.5 and use Copy II
+ to see if you can even catalog the 3.5 disk.
I doubt your problem is the GS if the 5.25 drive is working correctly,
unless you're using an older 5.25 drive that you have plugged into a
Disk II card in slot 6 in the GS.
Sorry I have no other suggestions, I'm not that good with hardware.
