Don't hold me to this, but....  I think I remember reading somewhere
that Tony Diaz did this with an Apple II BBS he had going?

Even if it wasn't him, I remember it involved having a special 80
column card installed.  Probably a VIDEX or VIEWMASTER, both which have
VIDEO OUT on the card.

I have a few of both of these cards if you are interested in obtaining
one.
