256Kx1 These are the standard 256K chips found in XT and AT computers. I
don't remember exactly, but I think anything less than 150 nanosecond chips
will work. Check the bank that is soldered onto your board they will have a
"-15" or "-10" or even a "-20" after the number that usually ends with
"256"
If you are using this board in a ROM 01 machine you will only have 1.1 meg
of RAM, and that really isn't enough to run most software under system 6.
You might want to look for a card that will give you at least 4 megs of
RAM.
