Ruby, you have an amazing amount of knowledge of the
Apple II, and you've helped a lot of people. Why, however,
do you continue to tarnish that reputation by making
newbies think that the copyright issue has been laid
to rest?  It only has, as has been pointed out to you
before, in your own mind.  Not in the law, or in anyone's
non-delusional (to use a Tom-ism) reading of the law.
Plus you keep tarnishing your reputation by being an
apologist for Tom.  It's a shame really, when you see
someone's integrity melt away like that.  (Oh, BTW--
as mentioned before, I don't sit on my butt and haven't
in the past--I've contributed (past?  present?
future contributions?  Will you ever know?  :) ) to the
A2 community, and didn't start in here at CSA2 until I
couldn't stand all of your (you're in company here, good
or bad) posturings about piracy.  Have fun, tho!
