Just plug the card into any slot. It only draws power from the slot
so you don't need to set the control panel to "Your Card" for that
slot. Slot 5 is a good choice for it as you'll almost always want
your 3.5" drives connected to the IIgs' drive port anyways.
The 7 conductor cable gets attached to J25 which is at the front,
right side of the motherboard by the speaker connector and memory
expansion slot.
The jumpers get set depending on what you are connecting the output of
the card to. The LN setting is for line level which is for hooking up
to a stereo system or for some amplified speakers. The HI and LO
settings are for hooking up to headphones or amplified or unamplified
speakers. You'd have to experiment with the HI and LO settings to
find the best one for your set up.
