What you are looking for is called GSOS. The simplest method is
to order the Focus hard disk (highly recommended here). It comes
with GSOS (6.01 final ver.) and a few other programs.
I don't have the URL for Alltech. You can find it in the FAQ's

The next choice and maybe better for you is to try Byteworks.
Mike sells a lot of the Apple II system and programming tools.
