Yes, if you have a version of AppleShare that supports Apple II boot (v2
definitely does, and maybe v3). Make sure Apple II Boot is enabled on the
AppleShare server and that you have the appropriate boot blocks needed
(ProDOS 8, e.g.). Then go to the IIgs (I've only done this on ROM 3), pull
up the Control Panel, and set whatever slot the AppleTalk cable is in to
AppleTalk and Startup slot to AppleTalk. Reboot the IIgs. If all goes well,
it will boot, pause for about five seconds, and then find the AppleShare
server and boot from it. At that point, you will be given a dialogue on the
IIgs to log in to the AppleShare server and continue booting either into
BASIC.SYSTEM or GS/OS.
