That's most likely a full Integer basic set. With Integer basic there is
no D8
ROM and where there's a D0 ROM it's just a programmers aid. The F8 is
either the Monitor ROM(3410004) or the Auto-Start ROM(341-0020).
Either one will work with Integer basic though the Monitor ROM would
be more origional. The Integer basic ROMs consist of the E0(3410001),
E8(3410002), and the F0(3410003). AppleSoft is considerably larger, a
5 ROM set (341-0011 to 341-0015).
