In the case of the latter DOS 3.3 (dated January 1, 1983, it
came with a 6-sector LOADER.OBJ0 and 42-sector INTBASIC file
instead of a 50-sector INTBASIC, and said "BE SURE CAPS LOCK
IS DOWN"), Applevision is located on the "Sample Programs" disk.
