I can probably do that -- after having consulted the printed
documentation which accompanied that package.  And it's out in my
country house, but within a few weeks I should be able to access it.
 
Which points to the documentation problem: nowadays documentation
are usually distributed electronically, but back then documentation
was usually distrobited in printed form only.  So I should probably
scan in these documents and make them available.  In time I will....
