Yes, the Miniscribe 8425A should work fine with any Apple SCSI card (Rev C
or High Speed/DMA).  That was my first HD mechanism for my IIGS.  The
drive died but I had the drive repaired.  Still works.

My Mini- was originally an external drive for a Mac.  Zero-footprint which
meant it sat nicely under a MacSE type case.  It shouldn't need a hard
reformat.  Just a quick rewrite for ProDOS file directories.  Or use, as
is, as a HFS drive in GS/OS.  (I wanted p8 access also so I went with
ProDOS format).
