Prodos startup order?

How does one change the startup order in ProDOS? So, if I have
BASIC.SYSTEM and WAHOO.SYSTEM and the former boots up (first),
how do you make WAHOO the first one to load? (Without moving
BASIC.SYSTEM to another directory, of course - that'd be too obvious.)

YOu could remove the .SYSTEM extension from BASIC.SYSTEM (rename it).
