Yet another solution I have used in one of my //e computers is to modify
the monitor ROM. My //e scans the slots from 1..7 instead of the usual
7..1. This meant I could put my SCSI card in slot 4 or 5 where Apple Pascal
1.3 could also find it. Then if the SCSI card does not boot the scan reaches
the Disk ][ card in slot 6.
