I found the bug, submitted a report (with the complete description of
how Kent fixed the problem in Kegs), and tried the next two releases.
Neither of them worked, and I haven't tried it since. I put a test
image (800K floppy) in http://www.fadden.com/TestBoot.shk that has all
the necessary files in it. You're welcome to try it; it's only about
30K compressed.
It boots into ProDOS 8, and if you type "-PRODOS.GSOS", it fails strangely.
If you put the same disk on a regular IIgs, you get the bouncing apple error
message indicating that necessary files weren't found.
I just now created http://www.fadden.com/TestBoot.2mg using "imgconv".
It's 800K, but should run as-is.
