Absolutely.  That message just means that ADU has not found an
Apple ROM in your hard drive (meaning that the hard drive is not
an Apple brand).  Back in those days, Apple didn't want third party
drives on the Mac thus they tried hard to prevent users from doing
so.  Thus, they made BOTH Mac and IIGS hard drive setup utilities
not install Mac drivers to HFS volumes so that these utilites could
not be used to format HFS _for the Macintosh_.  There is a way
around this, but that is another story.  _For the IIGS_, this
message means nothing.  Just click "ok" then format the large
partition as HFS.  Your IIGS will use it fine.  It is just that Macs
cannot see it.
