Possibly. The copyright holders do have the option of releasing their
product(s) from their copyright before they normally expire.

The used market still looks pretty strong to me not to mention the
reclassification efforts of the Lost Classics and Treasure Chest
projects and other individuals. Also, there is tons of public domain,
freeware and shareware still available not to mention remaining
companies still selling new software.

Piracy is pushing developers away and without new development, the
platform will die. Without piracy, developers will remain and the
platform will continue to live and grow.

For someone who already bought all the software they want you sure
seem to get upset when anyone happens to point out when a site is
illegally distributing software. If you have all the software you
want, why do you care if it is available or not?

Like I said above, there is lots of stuff that you can get legally.

If I was a protector I would be doing a lot more. I simply point out
an illegal activity and people keep getting upset.

By the way, the copyright holders did ask to be protected when they
copyrighted their work.

>Wow, just like the Federal government! Gee, are you a Fed?

No, I am no a "Fed". By the way, are you insinuating that the federal
government's protection of people who don't ask to be protected is a
bad thing?
