I have this weird card that will do this.  But the most common way to do this
is with a daughter card that connects to a ramworks 3 card.  It is put in the
auxiliary slot where the ramworks card gives memory and the optional daughter
card gives access to the rgb connector.

When I bought my ramworks card way back when I did not get the optional rgb
extension but some must have and maybe some are for sale.
