Tool 099 and 250 Info Request

I've obtained two GS/OS tools - tool 099, which seems to be some sort,of modem
and/or comm tool and tool 250 whch is a special user tool for the TurboRez
card.

If anybody can provide any more specifics, information or outlines
for use of such tools, I'd appreciate it.

I've also obtained the Kurta Penworks NDA v2.1, with the manual, all
papers relating to it's use and the users guide for the Kurta IS/GS.
If anybody has any need or interest in these - please let me know
and I can make them available online.
