this reminds me of my path to getting my cms scsi card and drive running...
i happened on the setup panel trying to get the self test running
THEN i was using my zip on it because the cms and my mac would recognize
a drive in the case, i pulled it and set it aside figuring i would
look at it someonther time (it was a seagate and my opinion of seagate
is second only to macroshaft...) and happened upon another post on delphi
where someone said switch 8 had to be set off and it was on.... i switched
it and WOW i had a drive FULL of software... (this was after i went through
all the trouble of gettin gscii on itetc....)
oh well... you live you learn ;')
