Re: Apple IIgs in IIe case?
ok now that makes sense.... my one gs (rev a rom 01) has the connectors,
while my rev d rom 01 gs doesnt haver the connectors... hmm maybe i should
upgrade my IIe? i probly wont since i dont use it at all... i like my gs...
also the other day i turned off my TWGS card and ran the machine at 2.6Mhz
wow that is painful... do people here actually use the gs that slow? if
i didnt have the TWGS in mine and i tried it i dont think i would have
continued to use it...

No, it's fairly easy if you have a IIgs board with the IIe connectors. However
the mounting holes aren't the same so you'd have to make your own. Also
the cutouts in the back of the IIe case doesn't match up with the IIgs board
so they'd need to be modified.
If you happen to have an extra IIgs power supply, it had the mounting holes that
make it a great replacement for the IIe one in this case
The ROM 3s don't even have a place for those connectors. While most of the ROM
0 -1s don't have the connector, they all have the solder pads where one can be easily
added if desired
