The binary TWGS v1.8 image that //SHH Systeme and Mr. Lange burn onto an EPROM
and sell is the same as the archived  binary TWGS v1.8 image
file available for public access and download from my web site.  Neither
of which are pirated copies from anybody.  //SHH Systeme and Mr. Lange
has no more rights to that image file than I have or you have for that matter. 
He doesn't own the copyright to it's contents - nor do I or you.

But, AE owns the copyright to it. And, AE nolonger exist or sells the upgrade
or the hardware.  So, as such anybody that owns a TWGS has every right to have
the image and burn it onto an EPROM for use with
a TWGS card in their Apple IIgs.

The online archived image will be of no value to anybody that does not have the
hardware to burn it onto the proper EPROM chip for their own use and needs.   

//SHH Systeme and Mr. Lange offer this service - furnishing the EPROM with the
TWGS v1.8 image burned into it - plus a daughter card for a complete upgrade -
for those that do not have the hardware to burn their own EPROM with the v1.8
binary file image - and offers it a a very fair and reasonable price too. 

So, I can't see what is being taken away from what is offered by //SHH Systeme
and Mr. Lange - with the archived image being available for public access and
download in the archive I've provided.   

Those that have the hardware and knowledge to burn their own EPROM with the
image - can now do it (if they wish).  Those that don't, still have to order it
from //SHH Systeme and Mr. Lange.
