As the person that made the cover to cover scan of the Redbook, I can assure
you it IS NOT CURRENTLY available on the Web. (other than the front, back cover
- plus the first few pages and the last page). I do have it all available on
a CD though :) This IS NOT an offer to sell the CD - rather simply a stated
post that it is done and on my personal CD in high quality detail JPEG graphic
files for a future inclusion online via apple2.net - for reference, educational
and noncommercial personal use only.
As to the Redbook being auctioned on eBay, this happens every now and then and
usually fetches a very good price too. So, at the current time
if you want the contents of the Redbook, you have to buy or bid on the actual
Redbook - when offered - to get such!
