Paul, I can't speak about every package I have, but many, at least, had
copyright notices and/or license notices that DOS was copyrighted by Apple
Computer. I was under the impression that it wasn't that hard to get a
license to distribute DOS with your software, but it was to be made
perfectly clear that you weren't to use DOS for any other purpose than to
run that piece of software.
