Sorry Joe. What you ask is not normally possible on the PC. There is a
card called the 'Bluedisk' which may help, but I have no other info on
it.

To start, you will need a null modem setup. Rubywand released a utility
recently which will transfer dos to the Apple II. Once this is done you
can format a dos slave disk. This only helps to get a basic boot system.

If you have a Super Serial Card, you can then use the program ADT to
transfer 5.25 .dsk images to the Apple. To transfer the larger 3.5 disks
you will need some sort of large storage. Perhaps a ramdisk. You will also
need some other utilities for unpacking many of these as well as a
comm program to handle the transfers.

There are other options of course, but my recommended suggestion is to
purchase a Focus HD from Alltech. If you order it for a GS, it will come
with GSOS on it. This will greatly speed up program transfer since you
can copy lots of files at once.
