I just thought of that. One of the Quantum_Cat-s is making too much
noise.

You're welcome.

Scum (in my opinion) is someone who is either extremely lazy, or does
something to annoy or hurt others. One of the Quantum_Cats is scum.
Every post I've seen requarding piracy is a personal attack on Charles
Turley. I DONT want to read it. If you want to post a weekly or
monthly message warning of "pirate" sites, great. People get the
message and know which sites are legal, which aren't. The posts that
are made are PERSONAL attacks. Addressed to one person. Why do we all
have to read them? Send them to cturley@grin.net if you don't like
Charles Turley. Send any messages attacking me to: bobryan9@my-
deja.com. This is a discussion group, not a name calling email
alternative.

Lets examine a few other tensions relieving alternatives: Blast away
the baddies in Wolf3D GS, hack your way through enemies in RASTAN.
Theres lots of stuff you can blow up and destroy and kill on the GS.
Please don't kill this group by making everyones visits miserable.

Thats right. He'll never leave. Ever. The only thing I have to say
about it is that it sucks that lots of jerks have to come along and
start crap on the newsgroup. There are so many other EFFECTIVE ways of
solving problems. You are just spinning your wheels and the tread is
almost worn completely off. The smell of burning rubber is making me
sick.

Sorry, I tried to delete the post and edit it, but I didn't get it in
time I guess.

Yes, if a software is not reclassified, it still holds it's copyright.
I'm not here to get into another piracy argument. I support developers
and buy as much (still sold commercially) software that I can
use/need. I also have downloaded a few titles that aren't available
any longer (I tried the marketplace, etc.) Does that make me a
pirate? Am I hurting developers? Have your own opinion but don't
voice it.

It won't. It's been there for years and nothings ever been done about
it.

Hmmm. No purpose in advertising more pirate sites? How about to let
people know that they are illegal? How about to provide some evidence
for your piracy claims? __I__ know there are pirate wares on certain
sites, but I've never seen a post telling which site, which software,
the authors name, etc, as evidence of piracy on one of the sites.

I've beta tested quite a few software titles (at least 5) that were
never released due to attitudes of developers, users, and lack of
development support. Its kinda neat owning one of a kind software that
only 3 other people have.

I know you say RubyWand is a "turlette". Who else? Why don't you send
them private email?

Why should I have to? I use Dejanews, and taking more than 10 seconds
on such worthless crud isn't worth my time. Perhaps some crossposts of
Quantum_Cat-s posts to Delphi would clear things up. I am sure your
buddies over there don't want the flame war on Delphi, now do they? I
know they can moderate the board, but I can be
Animal_Control000001
Animal_Control000002
Animal_Control000003
Animal_Control000004
Animal_Control000005
Animal_Control000006
and so on, and I am sure I can get some of the crap posted over there.

near it. not zero, but near.

If Vogons want a turlette free A2 community, why don't they get rid of
turlettes instead of defacing the group with your crud?
You need to change your closing statement in your posts!
Vogons for a CSA2 with no users (everybody got tired of the flames),
for childish name calling, for claiming to be for "a turlette free
community" even though we do nothing to get rid of the "turlettes".
So, tell me. What are you doing to rid the A2 community of Turlettes?
I've wasted enough time typing this.
Bob
