OK.  I've reviewed your FAQ and found your mention of the 
copyright nature of A2MG.  I'll pass on your concerns to the 
owner of the web site, and ask them to remove these archives.

I know how much you value the protection that a copyright 
gives the owner of said and will do what you can to see that 
all copyrights are protected.

Umm... There is no guarantee that this person will listen, in 
which case I will let you know who they are so you can ax 
them from your end.  Since they were obviously aware of the 
restrictions you placed on your Mailing Group before they 
signed on, I'd say they don't think much of copyright, but 
the threat of losing access to your group might serve as a 
reminder.

BTW, I'm not TW.
