Before the Apple II had Apple branded monitors, Apple sold other B/W
monitors. E.g.: http://codinghorror.typepad.com/.a/6a0120a85dcdae970b0128776fe726970c-pi
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_displays, "in order to
offer complete systems through its dealers, Apple began to offer
various third party manufactured 9" monochrome monitors, re-badged as
the Monitor II."
So, what were the make and models of the most popular B/W monochrome
monitors used with the Apple II before the real Apple Monitor II?
Were there any 12"-ish monitors as well?
2nd question.
I have a Monitor /// and a Monitor II both with some minor skewing.
The back of the monitors only has vertical adjustment. Can the
monitors be adjusted? If so how? Links?
Thanks again.
