Equating a law designed for the safety of pedestrians and
drivers with the theft of someone's intellectual property are
hardly in the same league.
Crossing against a red light is also a good way to get
killed. That's worse than being a criminal.
Offhand, it sounds like your point is "It's OK if no one
catches me...". In which case, I'll disagree. ;)
