I don't know who is on there, other than the occasional mentions I see here.

Yes, that is partly true. Not random folk. We whack people who either encourage
you in public, or who are in a position to ask you to stop this foolishness,
but do nothing. We're not all that formal, and certainly nobody pays for the
service, so it's pretty much my call.
