Yes, that's because that's an _extremely_ out-of-date URL you're 
using... :)  The current (hopefully not to be changed again) locations 
for the archive are <http://apple2.tffenterprises.com/> and 
<ftp://apple2.tffenterprises.com/pub/apple2>.
