The chip is labeled Gemini on my IIe cards. Much smaller than the Mega II.
Could be the same inside, but the name and part# are different.

It'd take up too much card space I expect. Cards for LCs couldn't bee overly
big or else they wouldn't fit. There is a 65C02 and IWM on there too along
with glue type circuits.
