Strange display problem on Apple ][c

First of all, sorry if you already found this posting in the group..
However, I couldn't find it myself for a few days now, so I decided to
repost it...

I recently got an Apple ][c... However, the Apple sometimes displays
random characters at random places on screen. Also, sometimes a line
starts at one row and finishes on the next. This problem came with the
Apple, but I'd like to solve it. Anybody have any idea?
