well it will seem like a miracle is you actually find the right people to
get the permission to get things released. Scholastic and Davidson were
both huge companies & educ. Apple players - Davidson been bought up a few
times, so you are many layers away from the source & Scholastic still has
big empire...

that would be great. Word Attack & suck like is, as you know, so good that
it is still marketed for wintel & mac.

so did he say *he* has the right to give away? Or just "nice idea" - talk
to Scholastic. Oh I remember, the Word Attack is now owend by a French
conglomerate! really!

I ca't recall which was better - Tutor-Tech or Hyperscreen. The latter
integrated with some other Scholastic programs...um.. I forget the titles.
But maybe I am getting it confused with Slide Shop - yet another
hyper-type program. yikes!

yes, those are what I am after. As I say, I even have the signed license &
binder & all - but when I tried the Davidson trail (now leading to France)
they had no clue... I'll send school address in email. But try them on a
hard drive - the programs are mapped to external drive, so just cuz you
can copy them doesn't mean you have the "real" network version. I would be
surprised if you had those - they were quite expensive and only licensed
to schools, unless you got lucky & picked them up at auction. Locally the
school districts TRASH the software & auction hardware only, and only in
bulk.
> Do you seek them for the Apple II series or the IIgs?
AFAIK, there was no difference besides the size of the floppy. The
differences are the original series vs. the later "PLUS" series that made
using the editor much easier.
Le us know how it goes...
