WTB: Apple IIe Controller for 3.5" drive

I'm looking for a controller card to hook up the 3.5" floppy to my
Apple IIe. I can't remember the card number, but if anyone has one, or
knows which card it is, please shoot me an email! Also looking for a
midi interface for it! TIA!
