Not without special hardware and this isn't cheap. The card I know
of is called a BlueDisk. Unfortunately I don't have the link for
them. Perhaps someone else will help here.

That said, you may want to consider using ADT for 5.25 disks. It can
copy a whole disk image through a serial connection. Other files can
be transferred via comm programs.
