Do you have a choice? We don't. They call it a doctrine of "eminent domain" and
was another example of governmetn excess overlooked by the Founders. They never
expectedti to be an issue.

BTW, on weapons ownership, someone asked about bigger military type weapons. A
few people in the USA own their own tanks and quite a few have fighter planes.
A lot of old ones, but there has been a big influx of very nice MiGs and jet
trainers from other countires. The latest issue of Trade-A-Plane has a bunch
including a perfect condition T-38/F5 Freedom Fighter, a two seat supersonic
the same as the astronauts use to fly between fascilities. In fact it comes
with "hot" ejection seats, which is unusual. The insurance must be rather high
: )

There is also a nice batch of Hueys and Cobra Gunship choppers in flyable
condition for sale. A personal Cobra would be a nice way to get around. The
armament is illegal and given the number of agents we have today, probably
impossible to smuggle in. You would likely be buying from an agent, arranging
transport with an agent and paying an agent on arrival. If you were a real
radical you would proabably have to equip and store in Columbia or someplace
like that or keep it on a large ship that stays in international waters. The
Cobra's remote minigun was pretty awsome. There is a picture of one at the
bottom of the page at http://www.regnirps.com/Aviation/aviation.htm
with a young guess who in it?
