History question: BASIC compiler

When was the first BASIC compiler for Apple II released? I recall it was
Beagle, but that was a long, long time ago... Does anybody have an image
of the copyright page from a Apple II BASIC compiler reference manual,
from any vendor, issued 1984 or before that they could send me?
