Memory chips in IIC?

Anyone know which chips I can use to substitute original 4264 chips made
by Micron on IICï¿½s, because I have not found
info on this. On one machine there has someone replaced these with
2164ï¿½s and 8264ï¿½s, but I cannot find anything on these either.
